Following Thursday's disappointing 3-2 loss at Prestwich Heys Town got back to winning ways with a 1-3 win at Tempest United. Having gone three-nil down at Grishaw Park on Thursday Town rallied with late goals from Carl Osman and Stephen Edwards. The game at Tempest saw Edwards on the score sheet after just three minutes to give Town the lead before Vaughan and Pye extended the lead to 0-3. The home side hit a late consolation in a game which provided a good run out for both sides. Nice set-up at Tempest - pitch was in good nick (although a bit narrow) and the club house was impressive. Best of luck to both Prestwich and Tempest for the coming season. Photos from both games are available at the club's Facebook page: www.facebook.com/sthelenstownafcJohnM
